Meet The Team
Kieran Foggett
Kieran is our Managing Director. Since 2012, he has been surveying properties throughout Oxfordshire and its surrounding areas. Having previously worked as an energy assessor, Kieran established Complete Inspection Surveyors in 2019 after obtaining his RICS status. Although he serves as the company's Managing Director, Kieran continues to perform surveys and valuations. Kieran is dedicated to aiding people through the challenging process of property purchasing, and he endeavours to go the extra mile by offering comprehensive support every step of the way.
Emma Ricketts
Emma is our office manager. She started her career in Estate Agency over twenty years ago and has extensive knowledge of the processes involved in moving home. Emma left Estate Agency to work as Operations Director for a Property Photography company for several years before joining Complete Inspection Surveyors in early 2024. She now manages all new enquiries, appointments, admin and customer queries. Emma is the friendly voice on the phone to help with any questions you may have.
Jamie Shears
Jamie is one of our RICS Surveyors and Valuers. After obtaining his RICS status in 2021, Jamie has been carrying out valuations and level 2 and 3 surveys across Wiltshire, Oxfordshire, Gloucestershire and Berkshire since, initially starting out with the largest firm of independent surveyors in the country before making the switch to Complete Inspection Surveyors in November 2023. Jamie is passionate about helping people through their property-buying journey and enjoys the challenge of surveying and reporting on a wide variety of properties found throughout Oxfordshire and the surrounding areas. Jamie takes pride in providing a detailed and comprehensive report, particularly on the many older traditionally built properties throughout the Cotswolds.
Russell Sivyer
Russell is one of our RICS Surveyors and Valuers. He entered the property industry as an Energy Assessor, completing training with SAVA and running his own business for the period following the introduction of Energy Performance Certificates. Subsequently, Russell progressed into surveying with Countrywide Surveyors, part of Connells, achieving RICS status and spending 10 years carrying out residential mortgage valuations and property surveys across the Thames Valley and M4 corridor.
Julina Aragon
Julina is our lead administrative assistant. With over two years of experience in customer service, she has expanded her skill set to encompass a wide range of office assistance capabilities. Her expertise includes executive administrative support, lead generation, social media management, graphic design, and property and plot lead sourcing. Since joining Complete Inspection Surveyors in 2023, Julina has been instrumental in managing administrative tasks, creating graphic designs, and handling various ad hoc responsibilities. Her versatility and commitment to excellence make her an invaluable asset to our team.
Jun Aragon
Jun is our administrative assistant. She has a total of 10 years experience in Telemarketing for lead generation, appointment setting and telesales campaigns such as Energy Deregulation, Home Solar, Real Estate HeadHunters, Digital Marketing Agency, Email Lead Generation, Website Design Services, Health & Life insurance and Real Estate. Jun worked in a company for 8 years before joining Complete Inspection Surveyors in 2024. She is now helping surveyors for valuation typing, conducting desktop research for Homebuyers and Building Survey and doing numerous admin tasks to help the team. Jun is a hardworking freelancer with a positive attitude, dedicated to her job and willing to learn new things to enhance her skills.
